Getting off cheap and singing easy slogans is a trick used by most bands in the alternative scene, and itīs exactly what the Sun Eats Hours WONīT do. This value was born with the band in 1997.
"Italian bands are something of a rarity when it comes to hardcore, especially bands that bang away with the fervour of a couple of hares in the spring time - as do this outfit. And sharing the stage with such luminaries as Nofx, Pennywise and The Offspring, itīs apparent that some of their bouncibility has rubbed off, resulting in the crunching roller-coaster of riffs that is The Last Ones. Consume while hot!"
"Sun Eats Hours" is not an usual name. This typical Venetian saying means dont waste the time you haveī. The band truly puts this exortation to practice carrying out a continuous and intense activity from 1997 until today, achieving relevant notoriety both at home and outside Italy, becoming one of the best known Italian punk bands in the world.
